All performance claims found on Zolixo Trade regarding trading systems or strategies should be considered as hypothetical. Using Zolixo Trade to offer or subscribe to a trading system or strategy indicates that you accept our Terms and Conditions. Before using any system or strategy listed on Zolixo Trade, you should be aware that there is often a significant difference between hypothetical results and actual results in real trading that can be achieved in a live account with a broker, and actual results are almost always significantly worse than hypothetical results. Performance results for systems and strategies listed on Zolixo Trade do not take into account the commissions, spreads, and/or trading fees that may be charged by your broker. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zolixo Trade and its affiliates from any and all third-party demands, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, caused or arising from the use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your or any other user's breach of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.
Zolixo Trade does not provide trading advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice, act as a fiduciary, or endorse any company, property, product, service, exchange, security, instrument, or any other matter by publishing any information provided by participants on the website.
Zolixo Trade does not provide analysis, trades, trading, brokerage, or investment advisory services on this website. We do not claim to tell people, or suggest to people, what they should buy or sell on their own or who can guide them in this regard. Neither Zolixo Trade nor anyone affiliated with Zolixo Trade is responsible for any trading or investment decision made by participants based on the use of this website. Zolixo Trade shall have no liability or responsibility for such actions.
When using the website, you must comply with all applicable laws, any applicable national or foreign regulatory body, national or other securities exchanges.
In the event that a provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely matches the underlying intent of the unenforceable provision.
The information on this site is not directed at residents of any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Service Termination

The Customer may terminate the services to which they are subscribed at any time by deactivating the automatic renewal option of the services on the personal area of the website or by contacting support. For the avoidance of doubt, it is specified that termination by the Customer cannot be made by any means other than using the website or contacting support, and that the Customer's request by email not to renew the service must be received by the Company at least one (1) working day before the next service renewal date. Termination following the Customer's request or action is immediate and cannot be postponed to a later time.
The company may, at its sole discretion and without having to provide reasons, refuse to provide services and may terminate the service at any time for any reason not provided for in this document, by notifying the email address provided by the Customer.
The company may immediately terminate the service at any time, without notice, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Customer is not complying with any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the Customer is acting inconsistently with any of these Terms of Use.
IN THE EVENT OF A SERVICE TERMINATION OTHER THAN THAT PROVIDED IN SECTIONS 1 AND 2 ABOVE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN IT OCCURS, THE CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ANY REFUND OF PAYMENT, AND ALL AMOUNTS OWED BY THE CUSTOMER SHALL BECOME IMMEDIATELY DUE AND PAYABLE.
In the following cases, Zolixo Trade reserves the right to terminate an account without notice:

Use of a third-party trading system without its written consent.
Any form of advertising of third-party services unrelated to Zolixo Trade.
Any means to falsify or regulate trading results as seen on Zolixo Trade.
Use of spam to promote your Zolixo Trade profile.
Any method that may compromise the operation of Zolixo Trade.
Reproduction, copying, or resale of the Signal Start service without Zolixo Trade's permission.
Use of third-party accounts.

Zolixo Trade Refund Policy

Zolixo Trade will issue a full or partial refund (determined on a case-by-case basis) for the last subscription fee to a customer upon request, in the following cases:

If a subscribed system fails to connect to Zolixo Trade for a period of 72 hours.
If a signal withdraws all funds (partial refund, usage-based).
If a system stops trading for longer than usual based on its trading activity (partial refund, usage-based).
If a subscriber is unable to use a new subscription and notifies Zolixo Trade within 48 hours of the subscription.
Losses caused by Platform Errors, if the customer provides timely notification of the error to Zolixo Trade as described below.

A Platform Error occurs if a trading signal that should have been rejected based on the customer's account settings is accepted by Zolixo Trade and transmitted to the customer's broker, or if a trading signal that should have been accepted based on the customer's account settings is rejected by Zolixo Trade and not transmitted to the customer's broker. Zolixo Trade will not be responsible for refunding lost profits or losses resulting from Platform Errors in any case.

Errors by third-party signal providers, brokers, and technological limitations will not be considered Platform Errors, and Zolixo Trade will not be liable for refunds of subscriptions resulting from such errors in any case. Technological limitations may include (but are not limited to) high-frequency changes to SL/TP, opening and closing trades too quickly, reaching broker trading limits.

To receive a refund due to losses caused by Platform Errors, you must notify Zolixo Trade in writing of your potential request. You must send the written communication to Zolixo Trade as soon as you knew, or should have known, of the Platform Error, but in any case, no later than 24 hours after the Platform Error occurred. If Zolixo Trade does not receive such notification from you within 24 hours after the Platform Error occurred, it will not be liable for losses resulting from the Platform Error.

If Zolixo Trade confirms that a Platform Error has occurred regarding your account, and you have provided the required notification to Zolixo Trade within 24 hours, you will receive a refund of your subscription fee. You are required to check your account statements and monitor the status of your account at least daily to ensure that the trades you have ordered have been executed, and that all trades executed on your account have been authorized by you.

Zolixo Trade will not be responsible for any unsupported usage that may conflict with or restrict the proper functioning of the Zolixo Trade service, such as, but not limited to: duplicating existing Zolixo Trade trades in the same account, adjusting TP/SL levels of managed trades, using the same magic number or comment fields used by Zolixo Trade, using a FIFO account, invalid login credentials.

Except as expressly provided in this refund policy, neither Zolixo Trade nor our officers, principals, employees, or agents will be liable to any person for losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from any errors in the Zolixo Trade trading platform.
